ProTrain

Background

ProTrain is a process oriented training programme focusing on understanding, reflecting and optimizing corporate processes. It aims at providing employees

1. with theoretic foundations and
2. practical tools

required in order to carry out internal analysis of their own working processes.

The programme, in 7 different modules, uses diversified training means (presentations, exercises, projects, study cases, role plays, self studies etc.) ensuring a strong pedagogic impact.

The developed trainings concept will be proved by testing companies 2 times.

Target group:
Apprentices and skilled workers out of small and medium enterprises from Sweden, Finland, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany
