With over 600 trainees STZ is one of the largest independent providers of vocational training services in Eastern Germany. Being charged by nearly 100 regional automotive companies to accomplish their training requirements, STZ is implementing the German dual system, especially in technical and commercial subjects. Equipped with 5 technology centres STZ combines industrial processes with future training requirements. In order to keep pace with global markets STZ also develops and implements new training and technology concepts worldwide. In more than 40 successfully implemented projects over the past years, STZ was able to establish a partner base of more than 200 companies and institutions with broad experience in international projects.

The Antonio Provolo Institute Training Services Centre has offered educational and vocational training since 1967. In accordance with D.G.R 2140/2001, the centre has obtained accreditation from the region of Veneto in the following areas:

• Obligatory training;
• Life long Learning;
• Higher education;
• Career guidance (scholastic and professional)

Training in the fields of car repair, CAD, ICT, health and welding for which the Provolo Institute is recognised at a national level as a centre of excellence.
Setting up and management of international projects for the European Community since 1996.
The Institute mainly conducts its activities on its own premises, made up of office space, 15 classrooms, 6 ITC/CAD laboratories, a workshop for car engine diagnosis, a front office for study and career guidance, a gymnasium, a conference hall and various workshops.
